A |     　　讯 近日，河南省公布1-7月份经济运行情况。具体如下：　　一、工业生产保持较快增长，高技术制造业引领发展　　1-7月，全省规模以上工业增加值同比增长7.5%。

D | 7月份，规模以上工业增加值增长6.8%。　　二、市场销售持续扩大，升级类商品表现向好　　1-7月，全省社会消费品零售总额16750.07亿元，同比增长2.6%，其中限额以上单位消费品零售额增长1.1%。基本生活类商品零售持续较快增长，限额以上单位日用品、粮油食品、饮料类零售额分别增长17.2%、12.2%、8.3%。部分升级类商品需求快速释放，限额以上单位计算机及其配套产品、可穿戴智能设备、照相器材、能效等级为1级和2级的家用电器和音像器材、智能手机等零售额分别增长46.2%、46.1%、32.0%、26.0%、20.4%。7月份，社会消费品零售总额2171.92亿元，增长2.2%、比上月加快0.3个百分点，增速连续2个月回升；其中限额以上单位消费品零售额同比下降0.2%，降幅比上月收窄0.4个百分点。

E | 　　三、固定资产投资稳中有降，新兴领域投资快速增长　　1-7月，全省固定资产投资同比下降1.1%，比上半年回落1.4个百分点；扣除房地产开发投资，固定资产投资增长1.9%。分产业看，第一产业投资增长12.0%，第二产业投资增长4.0%，第三产业投资下降4.9%。

F | 分领域看，基础设施投资下降4.8%，工业投资增长4.1%、其中主导产业投资增长10.0%，房地产开发投资下降12.0%。民间投资下降2.5%，扣除房地产开发的民间投资增长2.7%。高技术制造业投资增长11.5%，其中电子工业专用设备制造、医疗仪器设备及仪器仪表制造业投资分别增长68.4%、33.7%；高技术服务业投资增长24.7%，其中电信广播电视和卫星传输服务业投资增长43.8%。

G | 　　四、货物进出口延续良好增势，贸易结构不断优化　　1-7月，全省进出口总值6088.6亿元，同比增长25.8%，其中出口增长14.9%、进口增长47.8%。7月份，进出口增长24.6%，其中出口增长17.1%、进口增长37.9%。经营主体活力释放，1-7月，有进出口记录的企业1.68万家、增长37.3%，民营企业、外商投资企业、国有企业进出口分别增长30.3%、7.8%、26.4%。外贸市场持续扩大，对东盟进出口增长28.9%，对拉美、非洲进出口分别增长15%、27.6%，对共建“一带一路”国家、RCEP其他成员国进出口分别增长13.9%、12.7%。　　五、就业形势总体稳定，市场价格同比上涨　　1-7月，全省城镇新增就业83.53万人，失业人员再就业19.42万人，就业困难人员实现就业6.00万人。

H | 农村劳动力新增转移就业41.29万人。
